Cannot Uninstall Programs Windows 10

Hi, this is really starting to frustrate me. I want to uninstall some programs from my laptop, I go into Control Panel and then the programs bit. When I hover the cursor over Uninstall Programs to bring up the program list the cursor changes to the finger shaped pointer, when I click on it nothing happens. It not will open the program list. I've tried doing it from Settings on the Start bar but again when I click on it nothing happens. I've checked that my account etc on the laptop is administrator which it is.
Its been like it since the last update. I'm not very computer techy I'm afraid

What programs are you trying to uninstall,it may not be possible to uninstall them

Do windows+R on the keyboard and then from Run do:

appwiz.cpl

Press ok

Hi they are Naza software for my drone, but its the fact it doesn't bring the program list up to close which program to uninstall that is frustrating me
