tried changing other setting but even by 1 its a big change and not good for me..

I use standard, but up the saturation by 1

3,1,1,1 Standard for me.
Although I might change the Saturation and Tone now and again, Sharpness (3) and Contrast (1) are usually spot on all of the time.
I'd be lying if I said I've tried and tested a lot of combinations, I just come up with the one above and stuck with it. I should probably compare it with the sat/tone at 0.
