canon 24 70 mk II lens problem

wife said she would love to know what they clean it with because it looks like new all over

Fixed Price Repair



From what I can gather...no matter what was wrong with the lens its a fixed price repair which was £156 total

Exactly what I have found. I sent them a battered old 28/135, fixed price repair came back like new.
Glad yours was sorted ok.
And people wonder why Canon UK arent happy with grey imports when genuine imports help fund their excellent levels of service.

May I ask what the service to the 1DXII cost?
I'd like to know if the price matched what their website says it does, as I've just bought a used 1DX with a rather messy viewfinder!!
£80 according to the below, which states price includes VAT and shipping!

Still under warranty.. sent it in with lens and told them didnt feel right.. they cleaned (inc sensor clean) serviced and adjusted the shutter calibration.. feels a lot better now
