Hi all
Not a trick question
I have been away from Canon DSLR's for some time now, having in the past owned, 10D, 20D, 40D & 50D models and have been looking at their current range and getting quite confused, quite easy for me I know, but
Their range used to be xD was for the professionals, xxD was for serious Amatures, xxxD was for Amatures. So quite easy to understand.
Now they have xD for Professioals but also xD for full frame as in 5 & 6D but also for serious Amatures as in 7D, they still have xxD for Serious Amatures as well and xxxD for Amatures and now xxxxD for Amatures as well.
But I digress, what's the point of the 7D & 70D, compared side by side they are virtually the same camera with only minor differences, why are they producing two almost identical cameras, am I missing something obvious and shouldn't the 7D have been a full frame camera putting in in with the others 5D & 6D.
What's the point or what am I missing.
