Obviously take yours in at least your camera if printer is a bit awkward, and see if they'll let you try out on a demo one.
Or maybe phone epson technical support i have spent hours on the phone with them over the years and they can be pretty helpful.....sometimes.

I know i can use the inbuilt card reader but if there's a fault on the printer or the camera I'd like to get either replaced on principal.
