Canon Image Gateway issues - help required

Hi everyone.

I am trying to setup my camera so I can send pictures to various web services using the Canon Image Gateway service, I have registered on the website, but, when I try and connect using the EOS utility, I'm using the latest version, 3.6.0, it keeps saying "failed to connect to server".

Anyone else having this issue or know a fix for it ?

Is the CiG still down to some degree ?

Why not phone Canon, always found them helpful.
