Yes
Am I right in saying that with their adapter I can use my L lenses on a Panasonic GF1? Does such an adapter exist? I recall reading something along those lines a while back.

Hmm interesting. Not sure about the relatively uncontrollable aperture though. That could be problematic.

I wondered about this too... if the aperture has to be controlled manually, how do you do that? Do you have to stick the lens on your EOS body, change the aperture, then put the lens on the GF1?

I've just got a Novoflex adaptor for my Nikon lenses. For lenses without aperture rings you control the aperture by twisting the ring. There no hard stops on it, and it won't tell you what the aperture is though and you have to use stop down metering.

This will not work as the EOS system only stops down the lens at the moment you fire the shutter button. So when you change aperture on an EOS body, you're telling the camera how to stop down the lens next time the shutter is fired, after which it will return to wide open.

There's an adapter for the Nikon G series lenses (without aperture ring) that allows for manual adjustment, so there may be something similar for the EOS ones.
