Canon to Sony Alpha

Looking for some help peeps I got a 7D last week and a few lenses fot it but I also have a Sony Alpha 200 (got that at Christmas) and was looking for an adpter to fit the Canon lenses to the Sony. I have been trawling the net but no luck:bang: so if any one can help:thumbs: thanks.
 
I don't think it can be done - in any case the Canon EF system is electronic, whilst "A" mount is partly mechanical, so even if you could physically fit the lens via some adadptor it would essential be a "dumb" lens.

Its not worth it (even if it can be done)
 
Not sure MIchael is the NEX fitting the same as the Alpha fitting? and I dont care if a lens is domb or not for me it IS worth it.
