So I'm currently using a Canon 10-18, which I love and a Canon 18-55 IS STM, which in all fairness is doing a decent job for what I need... BUT...
While eyeing up the 24mm STM which to all intents and purposes looks like it'll be mine at some point soon, it's got me searching for a faster zoom to upgrade the 18-55... but the AF noise and smoothness is something I wouldn't like to downgrade... so better DOF / light gathering with the same AF performance with video tracking on an 80D.
So I thought I'd open it up to y'all
I do like the look of the 24, with it being faster than what I'm using and a STM lens, but I like the flexibility of a zoom (can't believe i'm saying that but it is just for video ) and so might go that route instead.
What should I be looking at from your collective canon / video / af experience?
