Capture NX Problem

The problem is - it keeps failing. I get various messages such as:

Capture NX.exe has stopped working.....
or
An unhandled exception has occured....

Or - It just runs really slow, that is to say - there is a time lapse before it makes any adjustments I have applied.

These problems occur all the time when opening Neff files. I might be able to apply 3 or 4 adjustments but then it crashes.

It is a lot better with Jpegs though still freezes occasionally with them.

Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated
 
I have the same problem.
I need more memory so I have ditched the prog. untill I upgrade.

Memory isn't the problem with my PC as I only changed it a few months ago.

I have just done an in-depth virus scan and PC clean-up with my Norton software and tried the NX briefly.
It has been OK - so far, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's sorted now.
 
I was having the same problem until I installed SP1 for Net Framewok 2.0. Its been fine so far.
