Yes
Ive read part of the manual but cant figure it out please help

I can do shutter speed and ISO but not aperture

Big step up from a 450D as to change the aperture on that you had to press the AV button and turn the wheel but cant figure it out on this one

PS I only got this camera yesterday so please bare with me

Just stick it in AV mode and use the wheel on the front next to the trigger, thats the way it works on a 40D so I assume Canon haven't changed it.

I answered in the other thread.. but here goes again.. depends on the mode you are using.
- Av mode, just use the forefinger wheel
- Manual mode, unlock the rear wheel and just turn it

To add:
- in P mode, the forefinger wheel will change Aperture/Shutter speed both (keeping the same exposure - program shift I think they call it).
- In P, Tv and Av modes the rear wheel will change exposure compensation

Cheers, hope it helps and have fun :)
