Cheapest adaptable camera with good 1080p and in body stabilisation

As the title says... I’m researching the cheapest camera that allows for adapting to vintage lenses ... that records worthwhile 1080p video and has In Body Image/Sensor Stabilisation


And you fine people look like you know

Remember... on a budget is key! I’m seeing Olympus and Pentax bodies that have potential. (Sony A7 would be great but it’s more expensive than I expect, and then it’s probably a lot less of a challenge!)

As the title says, cheapest. I set myself the little project of finding the cheapest capable camera with good full hd video and in body stabilisation that I can use with vintage lenses. Sorry if that wasn’t clear
