Clikpic problems following upgrade?

Just wondered if anyone else who uses Clikpic is having problems since they added the new functionality recently, especially if you use the carousel option for your galleries?

Only difference I've noticed is that it takes a longer to publish new articles etc. since the introduction of the new software.
 
I lost my clients' slideshow galleriesd for a week last month and the fuctonality of the fonts, colours etc; wasn't woring 100% either. The Support person initially decided that the problem was something other than the one I was reporting and we went around in circles for 2 days until she got rid of her mindset and actually read what I'd written. :nono: Told me they fixed it after 3 days and they hadn't. In fact checked my site and there was a picture of 3 kttens where my site title should have been. Kittens? Had they actually looked at their "fix"? :bonk: Today, bulk uploads wouldn't get through the import stage without me logging of and back on again each time. Logging on was very difficult too. No response to 3 tickets and 3 emails. Result? I finished after 8pm today, when I should have wrapped up by 4. I pay for this rubbish. Not for much longer.:thumbsdown:
Some upgrade.
