Just finished the second update to CameraSize.com (actually a new tool, new page), website. The new update allows you to compare the size of multiple digital cameras side by side.

Here's a photo with all the available features:

I would be more than glad to hear you opinions and get your feedback about it, so I can improve it to fit your needs.

You need the Uk camera names on there. The Canon XXXd series are not there, just the Rebel ?? but has the photo for the UK models. The Canon EOD 50d has a typo.
:)

Thanks for your feedback Andy, I've corrected the type and added the option to change the names to EU, JP models too (flag icon below the list). Still need to modify some camera model names, but most of them are ok.

That is a really good site. Well done.
One suggestion if I may:
How about being able to add battery grips? I would like to compare gripped D700 with D3 for example.

First, thanks for you kind words. Adding a grip is certainly one of the future updates that we are planning to add.

If you like the site, please help us sharing it among your friends. Thanks!!

On a 13" Macbook, 7D fits nice on the screen, then added a bigger camera the 1d mk4 which doesn't fit fully on the screen. Moving the scale slider still results in having some of the bottom part of the picture cut off, it seems to float down of the page a bit instead of floating to the top.

Not sure if that makes sense so added screenshots.

Screenshot,

Scale slider full, bottom cut of to fit the 1d - http://imgur.com/WLoYL

Scaled down yet the bottom is still cut off instead of moving them up to fit - http://imgur.com/fEidm

Hope that helps,

Tyler

Just noticed i can actually scroll down, it is a pain though, when the mouse is over the cameras as i doesn't scroll only when i am above it or grab the scroll bar whilst in the top bit. Not sure if its the combo of two finger scrolling on mac or Chrome, but a heads up as it was a bit confusing.

Looks good.

Any plans to include discontinued models ?

i like the idea but couldn't find any way to easily remove models (not that i tried that hard)

Would be a good idea to add older models as mentioned above - so those looking to upgrade from a x to a y could compare.....
