200mm on a crop-sensor camera (your Nikon D3200) will give you the equivalent of 338mm or so on a full-frame camera.
I do a lot of wildlife photography, with 400mm on a full frame. So you're not too far from what I use. So, in essence, it'll be fine!
You'll need to improve field craft etc. to get closer to your subject - but that's usually the best way anyway.
