Computer Engineer Wanted!

I am getting really fed up with my pc engineer. Without going into details I am looking to find a new one!

They have got to know Windows Vista, Networks etc

I live in Carshalton, Surrey and so they would need to be local to where I live. I would want any charges to be reasonable and they make home calls. I'm not lumping the desktop to a shop each time!

Can anyone recommend a good engineer?
