I'v searched but can't find it, how do I create it on my keypad?(c in a circle)

Hold down the Alt key and type 0169 using the numeric pad. If you are using a laptop minus the numeric pad hit number lock first then use the number pad that's displayed on the letters not the numbers along the top of the keyboard , on my keyboard anyway, it's M,J,O, 9.
