I will be going to a Christmas party tonight (Saturday) and I am hoping to take some pictures during the evening.
This is my set up:
Sony a200
Sony 18-70mm F3.5-5.6
Cheap Metz flash
Now the hall the party will be held in has terrible lighting and all the pictures I have taken there, with flash, have been on the dark side.
Can someone please give me some tips/advice on taking better/brighter pictures in those conditions.
I have not really ventured much outside of auto mode so would prefer to stick to that until I am more confident.
Would it be possible to achieve a brighter image using exposure control?
Thanks in advance.
Take care, Keith
