I have emailed CPS now 4 times regarding returning my knackered 5DII. I have emailed both the european rep and the spanish rep as I live in Spain.
So far, the amount of replies I have had have been ZERO!!
Is this the kind of service that is normal from CPS? For some reason I thought it would be pretty good - Clearly not :thumbsdown:
This is the first time I have used (or tried to use) them, so would like to know if this is normal.
