its very hard to demonstrate a star jump to someone whilst you are holding a 1d on your eye I was shouting 'do a star jump!' but they couldnt hear me. Eventually they got the idea

lol every marshall i have met this year are mad, in a nice way. And rather fitting they should get a thread to as without them we wouldnt have all the event we have, and i wouldnt have anything to do at the weekends.
