I recently had a mishap with my Canon EOS 550D. The plastic screen over the LCD got smashed, but the LCD below it is working fine (so, I presume, it is undamaged).
What is the best way to get a replacement cover for the LCD screen - or is it better to send it away?
I just can't find a buy spare parts location on the Canon website and it seems like an easy fix once I have the part. I also don't fancy sending my SLR away so soon after getting it unless it is absolutely necessary.
