Lovely shot for speed but agree with the other comments, a longer shutter speed could of helped blur the wheel.

Yeh I agree a longer shutter speed might've helped, need to get myself an ND filter

A simple still life, may change by the end of the week but I like the simplicity.

I'm glad that you didn't change it, because I like the simplicity too
Lighting, composition and DoF all spot on for me and I like the choice of background. This feels like it should be an advert for something in a glossy mag!

Not quite getting the present link though . . . Were the cufflinks a present? Does the fact that they've been taken off mean that the wearer is home from work and "present"? Are they laid out in readiness to put on before a presentation?
I guess the fact that it's making me ask these questions means it does work for the theme . . .
