Diffuser choice for MT-24EX

I'm looking for a bit of advice and experience from MT-24EX users please.

I am getting some gear together, including the MT-24EX in readiness for taking pics of butterflies, damsels and dragonflies using my 100mm macro lens.

What do you find are the most effective diffusers for this flash?

Gary Fong ones seem to be the best - I haven't got the MT-24, but that's what I have read.

Try the diffusers made for a on board flash - Gary fong style puffers as Sara says

Take a look here, I seem to recall seeing your setup with the diffuseres in place.

If it's the same one you may need to poke a hole in each diffuser for the beam.
