digital-cameras.com Is it legit?

I'd stay well clear - same postal address as camerabox.co.uk - which is just a PO box, and if you search camerabox they don't appear to be the most reputable.

Bought a refurbished Canon SX110 from them last week. Fantastic service! they phoned with confirmation on receiving the order, emailed a link with the tracking details, and we received the camera the following day. Most impressed.

Camera is good too:)

It looks like it's actually the same company as Camerabox.co.uk. Same prices, same stock levels, essentially the same web site (just a different colour scheme).

And here's another one, with yet another colour scheme: DigitalFirst.co.uk.

I've bought a few times from Camerabox and they've been fine. Online stock indications, same day dispatch, next day delivery, keen prices, and no major service failures (yet, touch wood).

camera box were fine when I ordered from them a while ago.
only problem was that someone drove through their warehouse wall and took loads of stock.
hardly a customer service problem!

I too have ordered from camerabox. I ordered with a mild degree of trepidation but they came through just fine. Ordered in the morning, got a phonecall in the afternoon for security reasons (First order, different address for delivery) and the camera arrived the following day.
