Dino Pc

I'm in the process of ordering a pc and Dinopc seem to be the best value that I can find, but not heard anything about them, a few bad reviews on av forums, I can get a similar spec from novatec but without the operating system for the same price and slightly less spec monitor. Has anyone dealt with Dino pc ?? I recently had a pc from novatec and had no problems but if I can save £100 without any risk then i could be tempted. spec below, prices at the sides are for upgrades from their standard spec.
