I know cad west is LFA7 but does anyone know where LFA20 is been told its north west somewhere but where exactly god knows

Don't know for def but might be the lakes, there are a couple of places they run through. They can go past Tebay or swing over Windermere and head through Dunmail.

I'm sure someone in the know will be along and give the correct answer.

A quick google brought up this

The LFA 20 region is also called RAF Spadeadam. This is located on the edge of the Wark Forest between Hadrian’s Wall and the Scottish Borders.

Someone else should be able to assist with specifics
