All these big pesky microsoft updates take a lot of space up and don't get deleted afer wards.
so once you are happy with the latest upgrade consider running disk cleanup and select the system files option.
you can then uninstall old versions of windows and free up shed loads of space.

Thanks for that Paul, just did mine had 29.5 gb.
 
When all you've got is a non-interchangeable 64GB SSD, taking a backup before and after then clearing down manually is definitely the preferred option. I think it was down to 11GB free at one point.
