Sunday will be Drive It Day and, if the weather remains as good as it is here now, there may well be lots of classic cars (and maybe even vintage or veteran too) on the roads. There's also quite a lot of events organised, see the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs' website for details of some http://www.fbhvc.co.uk/drive-it-day/.

The Vauxhall Heritage Centre in Luton is apparently having one of its infrequent open days which, as it's only 20 miles down the road, I'm hoping to get to for the first time ever.
 
Sounds good, Sunday is also the London to Brighton Jaguar run, I know one or two people doing it so there should be plenty of photo opportunities there, they all end up on show on Madeira Drive.
 
I should have known better than to tempt fate by saying that I hoped to do something: I've just been out in the car I was going to use tomorrow and it's broken down:(

Well, it was going in to have some work done anyway so I can add that to the bill I was expecting but it's getting so that I arrive home courtesy of the AA a bit too frequently for my liking.

I think the Vauxhall Heritage Centre has another open day later in the year to coincide with a car show in Luton so maybe I'll make that.
