they are the kit lens from the 7D i phoned around and price varied
from £650 upto £799 so as you can see the price is right

Had a quick play with one at the Pro Solutions event and it's certainly well built and a useful range. Quality seems up there too from the reviews although the vignetting at the short end is a potential issue.

That does seem a very good price tbh, only seen it over £500 even from the HK importers.
 
hi all

recieved my 15-85 yesterday
first impressions are great shot a few pictures but will be weekend
before i can do any serious ones

anyone advise the best way to do test shots

Get a tripod take a series of shots without moving the camera.

Different zoom levels
Different apertures

Indoors / outdoors?

Try a different lens at the same zoom level and aperture if you can to compare

Thoughts?
