Elements 6 - with or without premier 4 ?

I am looking to purchase Photoshop Elements 6, and have noticed that it can either be purchased on its own or bundled with Premier Elements 4.

Could someone let me know what extra premier Elements 4 adds to what is delivered by Elements 6 ?
