Email DBX files to PST

Womder if anyone can offer some guidence please.
I have come across some of my old DBX files from an old hard drive, i have downloaded a covertor softaken to convert to PST, but have nothing on my PC that i know of to open PST files.
Is there any methods out there to covert and open the DBX files.
Any advise please.

PST is the format for outlook.

Use outlook and open the pst file you have.

The old dbx format was opened originally via outlook express, I don't seem to be able to open the converted dbx to pst in my microsoft office outlook 2003 .
