Email extract to Text,excel file

Does anyone know a software, free or chargeable which can extract header information from Yahoo & Hotmail/Live from inbox & sent boxes to an excel sheet or delimited text?

What exactly are you after?

You can use a hotmail account as a standard account in Mail. You can then select all and output as a file but

do you want this automatic?
is this a one off thing?

If it is a repeatable thing that you want automating on a PC then....

You could set Outlook up to use a hotmail account then....
you could write a program using Delphi to access Outlook and read each email in turn outputting the information to a comma separated file.

It would be a days work to knock it out.

Thanks Cowasaki. It's a one off thing to be honest. I have applied to many jobs in the last six months and wish to collate all this info both from the sent and inbox folders into an excel sheet or a comma delimited text file.

I came across http://www.sobolsoft.com/ which has such applications for about 15 quid but I was wondering how good are these or is there anything better in the market.

Just accessed my Windows computer across the network and if you select a group of emails you can then select "save as" under file and save the entire list as a text file from Outlook.
