EXD200 Interfit lighting question

Hiya, does anyone have these lights?
I'm new to studio lighting apart from a course i did.

My exd200's arrived last week, they have a digital reader on them which goes from 20-60, so what is that in f/stops?
If i want a 2 stop difference, how do i do that?

Just wondering if anyone has already sussed this out, otherwise it'll be trial and error which is fine but i'm doing a shoot on wednesday so lots to do before then.

I Would Prob Say Read The Instructions, But I Would Guess That Might Be 2.0 To 6.0 So Upping The Light By 2 Whole Digits Would Be About It
