Ah well, I guess I spent too long deliberating! I hope they reduce the Extreme 60mb/s cards soon as I wasn't sure if the 30mb/s would be fast enough for video and clearing the buffer on the 7D when bursting.

I was keeping an eye out for the 60mb/s variety, but even then I paid £32 for the 16Gb, so thought for £19 I can't go wrong, and I don't think that the 5DmkIII has the same burst rate as a 7D (might be wrong mind).
