External Mike for the D7200

I shoot the odd video of runners, especially out on the moors where it can be very windy. Apart from turning the internal mike off and replacing it with music, can anyone recommend an external mike that is effective and won't break the bank? Thanks.

I use a Rode Videomic with a dead cat windshield.

I use a Sennheiser MK400 mike it is small and has excellent sound reproduction , Mine has a Gutmann deadcat which has longer wind resistant fur than most deadcats so worth looking at their web page
