Hi all, popped up to Settle to get salmon leaping, my shots were rubbish, on way home we went to a falconry centre just outside Settle managed to get some pictures there.

Not sure about No2 against the man made background but the others are great
 
Thank you for comments, agree about 2s backgound, this was my least favorite of the bunch but the only BIF I was happy with.
(my first go at BIF and I need some practice, far to many with bits of wings cropped off or out of focus)

I think the portraits are wonderful, most impressive. The Owl is a good shot too, just it blends a little too much into the background for me. Still a lovely set, very nice work.

love the head shot of number one, trying to work out what bird it is as a keeper of birds of prey i should know.lol

its a white tailed sea eagle by the looks of things though its eye isn't as pail as i would of tought for a mature looking bird.
Really nice portraits (y)
