Fancy a 27" 2K monitor will my PC handle it?

My setup is-

Board ASUS H81M -E

Intel Core i5-4670K

Memory 16GB

Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

Any suggestions to improve my PC?
Using it for photo editing only

Yes but forget 2K gaming lol.

Improve PC with dedicated graphics card and SSD drive if you don't have one.

But it is a fuss to do yourself, I will try to explain....

You have to make sure your power supply has enough power and right plugs to run the graphics card. ( and that it fits in the case ).

As for an extra SSD drive :

Make sure that the motherboard has spare sata socket for the SSD card and the power supply has a spare power connector for it.

The sata 6g you want for the SSD drive are gold and have SATA 6G written by them ( there are two on that motherboard )

Thanks for the advice.I will get a new monitor and give the PC upgrade a miss for now
