At the end of March I bought an Acratech head from Bob Rigby. This morning I had a phone call from him which started off like this "I think I over-charged you....." and he was offering to refund the extra to a total of £30. Well would you believe it!
I had been wondering if I should have bought a more heavy weight version of the same head (GP instead of GPss) so I thought i would mention that to him. He agreed to do a swap (subject to the condition of mine) instead of a refund, despite me having owned it for 2.5 months.
