Don't be put off by the title, it's a friendly, fun competition to get us all out shooting on film. There is no need to sign up or commit to anything, that said it would be nice to say "hi" if you are thinking of having a go and chat about any thoughts or concerns in this thread. You can enter on any individual month or every month and there is a winner chosen by public vote each month and a running total for the over-all winner.

Shooting starts in December to allow time for using up a roll of film and getting it processed for entries in January. So stock up on film and test your camera, happy shooting :)
 
I really want to shoot more film so I'm hoping to join in this in 2025. I'm going to audit my film stocks in the fridge and freezer this weekend just to see what I've got in each size, I've completely lost track.

I cant get a film processed in time, I don't think.

Though Chemicals arrived today, I dont know how to do it.

There are loads of tutorials on YouTube, which is what I used when I first started developing B&W in 2020.

I’d also recommend the Massive Dev Chart app for your phone, which makes things very convenient.

It’s a lot easier to do than you might think. (y)

Thanks Nigel,

But if there are two ways to do something I always choose the difficult way.
Knowing me as I do, I will be making up my own batches of developing chemicals before long..Ha Ha
 
Apologies for the chat in the entries thread (@sirch and others), I think in my dotage I confused it with the "show yer...' thread!
 
I'm a bit worried I'm having to blame my dotage for a lot of things recently. This evening I literally lost the MacOS Bin, even took to social meeja to help find it. The weird thing is, it doesn't appear to be written down anywhere. Just one of those things, everyone knows (except me, from time to time!).

Fantastic Images,

I needed 7 votes, I enjoyed every one of them!
 
Great fun this month. I have a (never used by me) 24mm lens in Nikon AI fit and my old and much loved F70.
It still works wonderfully and after I had removed the sticky rubber coating from the film door, it was a pleasure to use.
