Answered Filtering

I don't know if the way I use the forum is similar to most of the others, but generally I click on my "alerts" then after reading through those I tend to click on "New Posts".

Is there a way that particular forums can be filtered out? For instance, I never look at the 52's etc, so they "get in my way" (if you see what I mean).

Been using this forum for years and never worked out how to do it, so I'm guessing that it's not possible.

It used to be possible on a permanent basis, using the little - beside the section name but this now just works for the day (I think). I used to use it for the classifieds section but have now managed to apply some self control (unless the headline is for something that catches my eye!!!)
