Flickr - problems

Anyone else having problems logging on please. Clicked on my usual link and .....
Tried to sign in but

We're sorry, but there's a problem.

And then a whole load of info about if I want to create an account etc ..... ARGH!

I've been having trouble for a couple of days trying to use the browser on my phone. PC has been OK.

Even if I try to set up another account, it comes up with the same thing. There is a flickr help forum, but how do I access that when I can't log in?
I blame the windows 10 update!

No problem here.

No problems here either. Both computers (W10 and XP), both using Chrome, accessing fine. Both are permanently signed in - don't know if that makes a difference. Phone app - straight in.

Yep, trouble is, I can't send him a message. Can't find a way onto the forum.

Not logged into flickr for ages, went to log in and it asked for my email address, email not recognised, my email is not my username, put in my username in the email field and it logged me in,
