Critique Flying Puffin

Ive not done much nature photography but when i do i really enjoy it and plan to do more. Ive a landing trip to the Bass Rock soon which will be my first real wildlife trip.

I took this on a boat trip round the Farne Islands a few weeks ago. Was sooo difficult to focus and track the birds as they move so fast! As im on full frame too my 70-300mm sometimes seems a little short. This shot is the result of quite a big crop!
