Focal Distance

Can any body please tell me of a program that will show the Focal distance of my Shots ?

Non of the programs i use (LR, PS or zoom browser) seem to show this in the exif data

Hi Russ,

Do you mean focal length?


You can see it using Digital Photo Professional (DPP) on the software disk that came with the camera CTRL+I (Info)

Depending on your OS, I'm still on XP, right click the JPG icon > Properties > Summary tab > Advanced/Simple toggle button

No mate, I mean focal distance.

I've seen a couple of posts on here, in the critique section, where people have said they are able to see the focal distance of their or someone else's pics .

Not sure if it's only certain cameras that store this info ?

CS4 in bridge window tick metadata panel then you can scroll through the metadata and get subject distance that the focus point distance from the camera for Nikon anyway
