Focus (on imaging) is it worth going to?

Hey all
Really considering heading over to focus next week. but I'm traveling over from northern Ireland so was wondering if it is worth the expense? Itll b my first time at it, also thinking but going on the last day (9th) is the last day still as good as the other days? I just feel the last day things may be in an unwinding mode and mighten be as good.

I'm going Tuesday and Wednesday for that very reason - it's too crowded on the w/e and Monday is usually pros of some sort all blagging a day off work for 'research' (much like myself then!!!)

It's nice to have a fiddle with all the new and existing kit, and drool over kit you're unlikely ever to afford, but equally, the seminars (especially the Adobe ones) are great resources - the Lightroom tutorials last year were brilliant refresher sessions. There's something to suit most people really.

As for bargains, Jacobs and Cameraworld usually have used/refurb stock that can be discounted that little bit more than the shop, and there ate generally deals to be had but mornings sure.

For a photographic show there's not as much exhibited photography as you'd imagine - might be different this year seeing as they need to fill the empty Canon stand.

I enjoy it because I get to see stuff that my local store will never stock, but the divvys who insist on walking round with pro bodies with a 400mm on the front do you no favours in the more crowded areas.
