Spent a couple of cold hours down at the bridge last night , I always struggle with the horizon at this location due to the angle of the bridge from the view point ! Always a good excuse to go back ! Never get tired of this spot.

I like the 2nd the most, and the colors from the light pollution actually really make the image, well done(y)
 
Good strong compositions and colours.
Has to be #1 though purely for the addition of the passing train, it strengthens the lead in line.

Really nice picture.
Was the bridge lit up at all? Doesn't look like it, reason I ask is that Railtrack spent £1m + on lighting it up using a lighting designer from Seattle. It was meant to be amazing!
I worked there for a few weeks at a time in my first job.
 
Thanks for all your comments , wish it was lit up though !! To be honest I have not seen it lit up since the scaffolding came down !

Hi Geof , there is a small road that takes you to a sailing club just to the east of the bridge , after that im sure there is a path that continues further round the coastline.
