I recently purchased Fotovue’s “Photographing The Night Sky” book as a Christmas present to myself on behalf of my wife.

The book arrived very quickly about a week before Christmas. Unfortunately when we opened the package the book was found to have been quite badly damaged In transit.

When I contacted them, Fotovue dealt with the problem effectively and efficiently. Even at this very late stage, I still received the replacement in time for Christmas which was totally unexpected.

With the best will in the world, sometimes things go wrong. A measure of a great company is how they deal with these situation. Fotovue’s response was exemplary and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I won’t hesitate to order from them again in the future (in fact I already have and am now waiting for their Iceland books to arrive!).
