not too bad, but is there a reason why you've gone for such tight crops?

Try not too get so close, you have cropped all the shot's slightly.

Most certainly in the first B&W one a bit more distance or longer focal length would reduce the 'big nose' effect.

Thanks for the input, I thought I'd give something a bit different a go since the you see a whole load of the head and shoulders portraits and I think they get very boring very quickly despite being technical very good.

I might try a similar thing with a longer focal length to try an minimize the distortion.

Really like the colours and angle of the sunglasses one, but it would be better if the reflection in the glasses was of something interesting.
