How does it compare with Nik SilverEFx Pro, which is permanently free and seems to be most people's (myself included) "go to" B&W convertor.
It's hard to see a "paid" program doing well when the market leader is freeware.

It looks like the highlights are "blown" in the posted example (loss of detail in the fleece), maybe you could demonstrate using a better original?

In the end I uninstalled it as it crashed twice, plus imo Nik Collection is a damn sight better.
