Free stock photos

Hi there,

I am wanting to start superimposing things onto my portraits but am struggling to find free images to use on the net.
Specifically i am wanting to superimpose a butterfly onto a photo of my daughter.

Has anyone any recommendatons of where to look?

Deviantart has a lot of free non-commercial use stock, but as a warning, what you're saying sounds like it will lead to an incredibly tacky image.
