Hi All,
Been away for a while... maybe years! Anyway I have recently made the move from Canon to Fuji and thought I would share some of my first images.
So first time out was with the camera club (Moore Camera Club) who were having a night at the Ice Hockey to watch Widnes Wild vs Coventry Blaze. I paired my shiny new Fuji X-T2 with my just as new 50-140 lens and went for it.
When I purchased this camera the main 'sacrifice' I was making in my head was that its not going to be as good as the Canon for sports, but I accepted that as I wanted something more 'portable'. However having only had one outing I am SUPER impressed with this camera, yes the ISO handling isn't as good as the 5Dmk3 but the focussing was rapid and the speed of the continuous shooting was lightning quick. I was rattling off sequences of 5/6 shots without knowing it...all of which were in focus! Goes without saying I was grinning like a Cheshire cat whilst chimping at my shots on the back of the camera.
The battery also lasted the whole game plus some, which was another worry put to bed.
Thanks for looking!
